Super pit carburizing furnace
Description：
This equipment is mainly made up of the furnace lid, transmission device，furnace cover, furnace lining, heating component，muffle, diversion tube，and electrical control system, etc.
Application:
This equipment is mainly used in carburization of low carbon steel and low carbon alloy steel work piece; and such heat treatment process as conditioning of the medium carbon steel.
Equipment Features：
1. The furnace lid adopts integral forming of aluminum silicate fiber folding block material. Considering non-metal materials’ impact on atmosphere, while choosing material, choose high pure aluminium silicate fiber material as much as possible, so to solve the difficult deformation problem of insulation bag. The furnace panel adopts multi-channelcirculating water cooling sleeve as stiffeners to solve the deformation problem of furnace panel effectively.
2. There are wind guide cover installed under the furnace lid, wind guide plates are set both on the wind guide cover and diversion tube; these wind plates and the plates which are on the furnace base form together the circulatory system guided by the furnace atmosphere to make the furnace gas in directional flow state between diversion tube and muffle pot, strengthen convection heat exchange, to make the uniformity of carburizing atmosphere in the furnace reach to within ±0.05c %, and the uniformity of the furnace temperature reach to within ±5 ℃ .
3. The muffle and diversion tube in the furnace adopt corrugated muffle flexible jointer and the rigid design, and the floating hanger and support are combined effectively. All these measures have controlled the deformation problem of muffle pot and diversion tube.
4. The electrothermal body adopts the well-known brand element to wrap becomes, optimization design is used both on the electrothermal body and the furnace lining. It has the characteristic of reliable installation and easy maintenance.
5. The control system includes three major parts: temperature control, atmosphere control and procedure movement control. Adopt import special heat treatment intellectual control instrument, in order to realize the automatic control of such three courses as temperature, process, and procedure movement.
