Introduction of Equipment Structure:
This production line is made up of pit carburizing furnace, slow cooling tank, quenching oil groove, flume tempering furnace and control system.
Application：
This production line is mainly used in carburization and carbonitriding of low carbon steel and low carbon alloy steel; and such heat treatment process as conditioning, quenching, washing and tempering of the medium carbon steel, etc.
Features of Pit Gas Carburizing Furnace Equipment:
1. Adopt flexible connection of corrugated muffle and diversion tube, and the floating hanger and support are combined effectively. All these measures have controlled the hot deformation problem of muffle and diversion tube.
2. Refractory layer of the furnace lining is produced with high-efficient energy-saving refractory material. The insulation and energy-saving are improved obviously by using optimization design and proper thickness of the lining. The surface temperature is lower than the national standard; the upper layer of the furnace bottom is knotted by adopting imported high-strength anti-carburizing knotting material, so the service life is long. The flatness of the furnace bottom is within 2mm .
3. The fast cooling system is made up of forced draft fan, electronic flap valve and high-temperature induced draft fan, it can reduce the temperature of the process automatically.
4. The control system is made up three main parts: the temperature control, atmosphere control and procedure movement control.
Features of Slow Cooling Tank Equipment：
1. The insulator is produced by welding steel plate. The insulation materials in the insulator are alumina silicate fiber felt.
2. The tank is welded with sectional plate; each shell adopts double-layer water jacket structure, and is linked into an integrated whole with fasteners. There are stiffeners in the water jacket. Each section has safe exhaust valve.
3. Lifting and rotation of the lid adopt cantilever axial transmission way, and is realized through worm wheel hoist.
4. In order to prevent the work piece from oxidizing, there is nitrogen input in the tank.
1. Quenching oil groove includes oil fume extraction pipelines, induced draft fan, and automatic nitrogen fire extinguisher.
2. There is agitating device set on the top of the oil groove, and there is air-cooling heat exchanger with the energy-saving characteristic.
3. There are internal and external circulation system, all pumps and air-cooled unit are double parallel system, and can be maintained without shutdown.
Features of Tempering Furnace Equipment：
1. The furnace lining and wall are built with refractory fiber and refractory brick. Electro heat belts are put in the furnace lining. Temperature control thermocouple is inserted from the side of the furnace.
2. Lifting and rotation of the lid are realized by the hydraulic station which controls two oil tanks, and its lifting and rotation are determined by 4 process switches.
3. The circulating fan is installed in the lid.
